Cedric began his private psychotherapy practice in 2003, moving to his current office in Harley Street in 2011.
In 2013, he joined the counselling service for the Holborn Medical Centre, a busy NHS GP practice, where he took the position of lead counsellor and training supervisor. The service offered short-term counselling to a broad base of patients. He practiced at the centre until 2018.

From 2004 until 2011, Cedric held frontline positions with mental health providers from the third sector (Umbrella, St Mungo’s, One Housing Group). He supported people suffering from severe and enduring mental health problems in three different settings (community, residential crisis and shelters). He became service manager in 2009, leading three teams in residential and floating support services.
Teaching and research
Cedric has given seminars about the multilingual experience in psychotherapy based on his own original research, at the The Training in Contemporary Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy, Waterloo Community Counselling, the Association of Jungian Analysts (AJA) and the Institute of Psychotherapy and Social Study. He also gave two lectures and facilitated a day-long workshop at the Multilingual Psychotherapy Centre, where he sits on the executive committee, and ran workshops at the annual conference of the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists. Lastly, he taught counselling skills and facilitated gestalt psychotherapy seminars at the CCPE.

For nine years, starting in 2007, Cedric worked as an associate coach for two coaching consultancies, BTS Coaching (then Coach in a Box) and the People Skills Business. He trained with Coaching Development in London and achieved the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) accreditations with the International Coach Federation (ICF).
Psychotherapy training
Cedric began training as a psychotherapist at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (CCPE), graduating with a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychotherapy and Counselling (Dipl. Psych.) in 2006 after five years of study. He began clinical placements in the context of his studies in 2003, giving then his first sessions of psychotherapy.
Business career
A 1992 HEC and Master of Sciences graduate in Business Management from the HEC School of Management in Paris and the Erasmus University in Rotterdam, Cedric started a business career in IT, moving into new media consultancy in 1999 after a three-year hiatus studying towards a Bachelor in Music at what is now The Institute of Contemporary Music Performance in London.
